2. Yes, I am a New Yorker who previously contributed the the Dresden rebuilding project. I have a German last name but don’t speak the language. There is an English version of this site which encourages people to post inquiries in this forum since many people who visit it speak English. Now, having explained myself, does anyone know of any addresses set up for accepting donations?
